Oral Surgery

 

The Deanery offers training in the specialty of Oral Surgery.

The specialist training programme looks at the diagnosis, surgical and related treatment of diseases of  patients' mouth, teeth, gums and jaws of patients. 

It also covers oral injuries and defects involving the dento-alveolar tissues (i.e the teeth and related hard and soft tissues)
