The Yorkshire and the Humber Postgraduate Deanery has formed from a merger of the Yorkshire Deanery and the South Yorkshire and South Humber Postgraduate Deanery. The newly formed Deanery is now coterminous with the boundaries of the Yorkshire and the Humber Strategic Health Authority.
The Postgraduate Dean is Professor Sarah Thomas who is based in the Deanery Headquarters, Willow Terrace Road, Leeds, with the General Manager, Fran Mead.
The new Deanery consists of three locality offices; South Yorkshire, based at Don Valley House in Sheffield, West Yorkshire (based at Willow Terrace Road in Leeds) and North and East Yorkshire and Northern Lincolnshire (based in Willerby, Hull).
There are three Deputy Deans, one for each locality:
Locality Business Managers have now been appointed.
Strategic management of the organisation is the responsibility of the PGMDE Committee.
