Lay Representatives
The Yorkshire and Humber Deanery employ Lay Representatives to ensure the processes of recruitment and training for trainees are:
- transparent and robust
- independent
- support good medical practice
- has accountability in decision making
- promotes equality, fairness and values diversity
The Lay Representative attends in the interest of both the public and the trainee.
