Coaching for Educators and Supervisors

Senior educators

Senior educators with an NHSE role are eligible to access the Yorkshire and Humber Coaching Scheme. This includes Heads of School and Training Programme Directors, as well as their deputies, and Associate Deans.

The coaching programme offers up to six sessions with a trained coach in support of your development. To find out more about how coaching could benefit you, please read the Coaching Scheme's generic Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs).

You can self-enrol onto the coaching programme and select your preferred coach by following our online guidance.

Please remember all postgraduate doctors, dentists and public health practitioners in training can access our Coaching Scheme and we encourage you to promote this opportunity to them.

All educators and supervisors

All colleagues, regardless of their trainer/supervisor role, are welcome and encouraged to access the NHS Leadership Academy Coaching Programme.
