Applying
Round 2 recruitment for posts starting in February 2019 will begin on Tuesday 31 July 2018. Applications will open from 10:00 on Tuesday 31 July and will close at 16:00 on Thursday 16 August 2018.
National Rehabilitation Medicine recruitment is co-ordinated by the JRCPTB Recruitment Office. Interviews
Round 2 interviews for all vacancies will be run nationally by Health Education West Midlands.
The interviews will take place on Tuesday 11 September 2018 at The Hawthorns, West Bromwich.
For those attending the interviews, please note that any travel expense claims will be dealt with by the region hosting the interviews. Please ensure that you submit your claim as soon as you can after the event to avoid any claims being refused.
Health Education Yorkshire and the Humber do not currently have any Rehabilitation Medicine vacancies in Round 2. Please see the ST3 Recruitment website for further vacancy information.
Start Dates
Round 2 posts will start in February 2019, however, post start dates will be confirmed through Oriel during preferencing and when offers are made.
Deferrals may be granted but are only possible for the reasons listed within the Gold Guide. It is only possible to grant deferrals if you have a ‘statutory’ reason, such as ill health or maternity leave. If you are offered a post but do need to defer, we ask that you contact the recruitment team (specialtyrec.yh@hee.nhs.uk) as soon as possible after accepting your offer.
