Good communication skills enable us to gather efficiently the information we need whilst remaining patient-centred. They also help us to deal with difficult situations and negotiate management plans. But how often do we get the chance to improve these skills? Teaching on this topic will focus on developing facilitative skills using interactive sessions and real life scenarios. Sessions can be tailored to the size and needs of a group and the time available.
