Level 2 Paediatric Training

Starting January 2021 HEEYH is providing level 2 complexity training for 12 dentists over a 24 month period to gain skills to perform an enhanced level of care in paediatric dentistry. They will receive training to manage conditions like dental anomalies, traumatic dental injuries and managing children who are anxious or phobic.

This is the first training of its kind and is being led by one of our tutors Rachael Nichol, a Consultant in Paediatric Dentistry in Wakefield and supported by Esther McDerra, a specialist in Paediatric Dentistry in Dewsbury.
