Future Leaders Home | 2025 FLP Conference
Hosted by the NHSE Yorkshire & Humber Future Leaders Programme, this free, one-day conference is aimed at professionals with an interest in healthcare leadership.
This year's conference is designed to inspire and empower healthcare leaders to drive meaningful change for the next decade. In line with Sheffield’s heritage as a City of Sanctuary, we are committed to fostering an inclusive and welcoming environment where every voice is valued.
Through thought-provoking keynotes, interactive sessions, and opportunities to connect, we will explore how inclusion, wellbeing, and creative leadership can shape a diverse, multi-professional workforce. Guest speakers include Blerta Ilazi (Founder and Lead of ReSTORE Programme, Queen's Nurse) and Professor Bola Owolabi CBE (Chief Inspector, Primary Care and Community Services, CQC).
Our vision is that every delegate leaves inspired, connected, and energised to lead transformation across a changing health system—today and for the future.
