An outstanding individual is sought to fulfil the role of Foundation Training Programme Director (Sheffield) for the Yorkshire region.  Accountable to the Foundation School Director and Lead Deputy Postgraduate Dean via the Head of School of Foundation, they will play an important part in the direction of Training programmes in Health Education England working across Yorkshire and the Humber.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced NHS Consultant with a thorough understanding of Foundation training in the region.  They will also have strong leadership and communication skills and be able to work effectively as a member of a multi-professional team.

The post will be available on the basis of a secondment arrangement to Health Education England working across Yorkshire and the Humber remunerated on the NHS Consultant Pay Scale - 1.0 PAs per week.  All work undertaken is to be incorporated into the Consultant Job Plan.
