This post is a new post to pilot the HEE workplace behaviour change proposals to improve training programme and workplace culture. The post will be joint supervised by a senior leader in HEE and a TPD who is an alumni of the programme. The post will involve working across with multiple training programmes and hospitals and will provide an exciting opportunity to develop a new and pioneering programme to improve workplace wellbeing and patient outcomes.
