Covid19 has pushed us to think differently. Developing skills & knowledge relating to Quality Improvement & Innovation will stand the post holder in good stead to face evolving challenges we face in healthcare, now and in the future. 

This post provides opportunity for involvement in projects that will build those skills, including the following.  Exploring innovating Technology Enhanced Learning (TEL) solutions will help develop sustainable platforms that ensure a high standard of education delivery is still possible during current constraints. Working with key stakeholders, you will have the opportunity and scope to create a vision for education & training delivery.  

There are a range of QI initiatives, with projects proposed regularly from a wide range of departments; the fellow will have autonomy in choice of projects, supported by their supervisor. They will have access to QI training and mentoring to develop QI facilitation skills, and will be integral in developing the QI Hub.
