The Yorkshire and Humber Improvement Academy is offering unique fellowships in clinical leadership with a strong emphasis on patient safety and quality improvement. We are seeking exceptional fellows from different professional backgrounds to undertake this yearlong attachment and to develop the skills and knowledge that will help them become the clinical leaders of the future.The Leadership Fellow (Just Culture) will be supported to develop this regional/national ‘Just Culture’ network to foster links across organisational and professional bodies to support frontline clinicians.The Improvement Academy, based at Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, is a leading national centre in patient safety and quality improvement. The fellow will work across a range of health and social care settings and in collaboration with a range of organisations. They will join a well-established team of improvement / patient safety specialists from a variety of clinical, managerial and academic backgrounds to help support them in their role.Through our academic and improvement links, our fellows are supported to develop expertise in Quality Improvement, Behavioural Change, Human Factors, Data Analytics and Change Management.
