An opportunity exists for a Clinical Leadership Fellow (CLF) to develop their knowledge and skills of using Quality Improvement (QI) methodology to lead successful change in a large healthcare organisation.  The CLF should appreciate the trust’s grass-roots approach, keeping the principles of frontline ownership and empowerment.  They will develop themselves, personally and professionally, to become passionate future healthcare leaders. They will become competent in the application of Leeds Improvement Method, the trust’s approach to quality improvement and service redesign to support them in quality work.
