This post is a continuation of a leadership fellow post working with the Head of School of Surgery and the Trauma & Orthopaedic Educational Training Programme Director. The fellow will be responsible for expanding a new and pioneering educational programme to deliver the new GMC requirements being introduced with the new curriculum. The fellow will expand a professional behaviours educational programme spanning the entire six years of higher surgical training across specialties. The post will also involve the development of a pioneering final year apprentice role to develop the skills needed to transition from registrar to consultant.
