This post will support the development of new and innovative rotational employment models for foundation pharmacists to support their development and enable them to work across the full range of healthcare settings.  The post will be based within the School of Medicines Optimisation within HEE and will have strong links to all employers of foundation  pharmacists across the north of England. In addition, the post holder will develop close links to professional bodies and education providers across the UK.  The post will enable the successful candidate to develop leadership skills and learn about modern and innovative education methods.  The fellow will do most of their work in a HEE office which is convenient to them but they must be willing to travel to employers across the north of England.
