This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of the Quality Improvement Team at Sheffield Health & Social Care NHS Foundation Trust in a post jointly funded with Health Education England. The successful applicant will be given the opportunity to develop autonomy, strategic thinking and collaborative leadership skills. 

As a member of the Quality Improvement Team, the Clinical Leadership Fellow will have the opportunity to work closely with the National Collaborating Centre for Mental Health at the Royal College of Psychiatrists.  This partnership working aims to bring shared learning from ‘Outstanding’ Trusts, to enable existing Quality Improvement methodologies at SHSC to be built upon, resulting in evidence of a truly embedded Quality Improvement culture across the entire organisation. 

There will be an opportunity to work alongside senior leaders and contribute to the development of Trust strategy on the future delivery of health and social care as structures change to enable more collaborative working between organisations and sectors. The post-holder will be encouraged and supported to complete a higher degree/PG Cert during their year to augment their experience.
