This post will see a fellow design, develop and deliver a multi-professional education programme targeted at undergraduates across all healthcare disciplines. Recruitment into mental health settings from undergraduates is poor and it is well established that stigma towards this profession is embedded during undergraduate experiences. The fellow will be expected to lead on delivery of sessions across the year to challenge these perceptions through collaboration with people who have lived experience of mental health services. They will use quality improvement principles to develop the content between sessions. The supervisor will offer networking opportunities across the region and guidance with managing events. The alignment with academic year calendar will enable this to be achieved within the FLP year and there will be sufficient time to develop skills in leadership and management to enable a high-quality experience to be implemented.
