Eligible professional groups: Medical Specialty Trainees (ST3+), Specialty and Associate Specialist (SAS) Doctors, Nurses / Midwives

Post start date: August 2021

This post offers a range of unique projects to develop skills in the nine dimensions of leadership behaviour. This post will give the Fellow specific opportunities to develop their own leadership style, develop relationships across the local Integrated Care System and with regional and national organisations including HEE, NHSE, the RCPCH and local Universities. It will also provide opportunities to develop their skills in education, training and evaluation including quality assurance. It will allow the post holder to experience the challenges and opportunities of implementing new tools into established workflows to improve the patient experience and move to a more integrated care model. It will provide experience in working with multiple stakeholders including children and young people and families to develop an integrated care model that is delivered in local communities.
