This post will allow you to develop your knowledge and application of education and leadership theory through delivery of project(s) focussed on differential attainment within the GP school and the Primary Care School. You will actively develop your leadership network across multiple education providers including HEE, Universities, NHS Trusts, Practices, Workforce hubs, CCG/ICS and more. You will be supported by senior leaders within the GP School to develop, implement and evaluate your project(s). You will make an important and valued contribution to narrowing the differential attainment gap which will directly enhance colleagues' working lives and promote patient safety. It is expected you will participate in and present your work at national conferences and leadership development programmes.
