The overarching aim of this proposal is to improve the engagement with clinical teams predominantly but not limited to medical staff using the digitisation agenda as an enabler. The Trust is embarked on procuring and deploying an enterprise EPR; this will require clinical involvement and leadership. The aim is to use the digitisation agenda to develop a model for clinical engagement that can be adopted for other projects.
