This exciting opportunity is based at Better Start Bradford; a £49 million 10-year partnership programme improving outcomes for pregnant women and children aged 0-3 years. Our innovative programme offers a range of services for parents, communities and those working with families in a deprived part of Bradford and has support from a collaboration of Universities which ensures services are robustly evaluated. You will work with local and national colleagues to review evidence and develop our services and share ideas and learning. With the programme leadership team you will help steer the alignment of BSB to current and emerging District work and help to influence the development of local policy and practice. You will have day to day supervision from the Integration and Change Manager at BSB and also regular support and supervision by the Director of Public Health. You will:

• Review evidence of what works to improve outcomes for children

• Lead the design, implementation and evaluation of new services

• Lead the development of an awareness raising programme for the workforce and wider audiences

• Disseminate learning and evaluation through publications and presentations.

• Help to progress our work on system change and sustainability
