HDFT have recently commenced an ambitious and transformational quality improvement programme, as part of our ambition to be an outstanding employer and an anchor organisation regionally. The Board supported workstreams present a unique opportunity for FLP Fellows to be part of a major transformation project and will provide a supportive environment for the successful Fellow to work on a dedicated project within the programme. In the Equality and Diversity Programme, the FLP Fellow project will examine the components required to ensure clinical recruitment in HDFT is objective, transparent, fair and non-discriminatory.
