Gastroenterology Teaching Programme
There are 6 pan-yorkshire gastroenterology SpR teaching days per year, held centrally at Pinderfields General Hospital in Wakefield. In addition, there are multiple complimentary teaching days: the Sheffield Gastroenterology Symposium in September, the Bardhan Fellowship day in March, 2 pan-Yorkshire hepatology days, Leeds GI Functional day, as examples. It is required for trainees to attend minimum 4 teaching days per year.
