TUESDAY 13th JUNE 2023
ANNUAL ARCP PANEL
All ARCP will be held via videoconferencing. The panel members will convene in the morning, review documented and submitted evidence and agree an outcome. A feedback session will be held in the afternoon where trainees will receive 1:1 feedback with a member of the faculty. This feedback will be based on the panels discussion of the reviewed evidence. There will be opportunity for discussion related to training matters and wellbeing.
Times for trainee discussions and feedback can be found can be found on the Google drive.
The TPD may hold ad hoc panels later in the year should the need arise but this should not be read as an option to have your ARCP on alternative date.
PLEASE NOTE THAT NORTH TRAINEES ARE EXPECTED TO HAVE SUBMITTED ALL EVIDENCE ON TO THEIR PORTFOLIO BY 31st MAY 2023.
TUESDAY 12th DECEMBER 2023
WINTER ARCP PANEL
This panel will be primiarly to review trainees out of sync with the summar ARCP process. But also to review relevant outcomes given at the annual panel in June and will be held in same format as the summer panel. Trainees will be contacted in early October if they are due to be reviewed.
PLEASE NOTE THAT NORTH TRAINEES BEING REVIEWED ARE EXPECTED TO HAVE SUBMITTED ALL EVIDENCE ON TO THEIR PORTFOLIO BY 28th NOVEMBER 2023.
