Support is available for dental trainees who are taking a planned, or unplanned, break from their clinical training.

This may be due to:

• Parental leave
• Research (OOPR)
• Leadership Fellow (OOPE)
• Career Break (OOPC)
• Other out of programme opportunities
• Sick leave

A timeline has been created for dental trainees to follow when taking a period of planned leave, or when planning their return to training.
